To collate invoices, record work completed, obtain authorisation and input into spreadsheet to show authorised payments, amendments, retentions, refunds and contra-charges. Review & record certificates of works, to obtain, record Building Compliance, Gas and Electrical Certificates.Register all plots to post codes, checking addresses, register all Gas Notifications & NICEIC works, File all certificates, date stamp and record, organise Building Compliance Certificates & record. Extracting drawings from Client enquiries via disc, emails & web platforms. Health & Safety packs for site, support information for Home owner packs, support information for Servicing Customer care, general administration. Communication with management, subcontractors via telephone and email
