The Role: 
LEC is a nationwide energy and sustainability consultancy. Since 2011, our highly skilled team have supported our clients to create energy efficient and sustainable buildings and developments. The business has ambitious plans for growth, the LEC culture is vibrant, energetic, fun whilst remaining professional and driven. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support us in this quest and to develop our presence and opportunity in the North West area. • Seeks and attends meetings with potential and existing clients • Researching opportunity and market openings • Networking and industry specific event attendance • Understanding client needs to determine where we can add value • Develops and enhances relationships with key decision makers • Working closely with delivery teams to ensure client needs and deadlines are met • Working to KPI’s – quarterly and annual • Based from our office in Warrington • Reporting into the Commercial Manager
Requirements: 
• Excellent communication skills • Willing to travel (UK) • Previous B2B sales / BD experience • Construction industry knowledge • Commercial awareness • Personable • Ability to work under pressure • Tenacious yet considerate • Excellent multitasking skills • Previous office based experience using CRM System, Word, Excel and Outlook
